Use this form to sign up for peripatetic Music Lessons. You must complete this form if you are signing up for music lessons for the first time, if you are wishing to change instruments, learn additional instruments and/or if you are a GCSE or A Level Music student. - Peripatetic music lesson update form
Use this form to let us know if you wish to stop your child's peripatetic music lessons or to change the type of lesson your child is currently receiving, ie group or individual tuition. - Instrument Hire (Artforms)
Use this form if your child does not have access to an instrument and you wish to hire an instrument through school for your child’s music lessons.
