Inclusion Support Worker [Full-time/Perm] TTO + 5 days
Salary scale: A3/B1 (£21,326 - £22,353)

We are seeking to recruit a dynamic and committed Inclusion Support Worker to work join our team on a full-time, permanent basis. The right candidate will work in our SEN provision to ensure appropriate supervision of our students, alongside a key role in aiding and supporting their achievement and progress. This role combines the provision of learning and support across the curriculum with supervision, working alongside teaching colleagues and the school’s SENDCos.

Salary scales for Guiseley School are part of Leeds City Council’s NJC PayScale’s. Salary information detailed is pro-rated to reflect the ‘take home’ pay for the successful candidate.

This role is offered on a permanent basis from September 2026.
