It was with great sadness that we shared the news with staff and students today that Sid Brook had tragically passed away whilst we were on our Christmas break. Sid was a much-loved student of Guiseley School, only recently completing his Year 11 in 2023, where he then left us to continue his education at Leeds College of Building.
He was a great classmate, loyal friend, and great team-mate on the sports field. He still has a number of friends in the school who will miss him greatly, particularly in our current Year 13 cohort and friends across the school who knew him as a team-mate at Aireborough RUFC.
Our thoughts are with Sid’s family and friends. Sid will always be remembered and loved.
